The interactive 3D dark ride GRAND PRIX EDventure takes fast-paced fun to a new level! In the anniversary year, Ed & Edda are getting their first own attraction at the Europa-Park Historama and will take you into the world of the new animated film GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE.

Even from a distance, the new Gameplay Theater impresses with a spectacular entrance area that exudes an action-packed racing atmosphere and whets your appetite for the interactive adventure. Inside, take a seat in one of the 18 dynamic gondolas that will immerse you in new, impressive scenes over and over again.

Ten different scenes take you to iconic European cities and breathtaking film sets from the feature film. During the six-minute ride, players shoot at various targets. But it's not just about points – each hit stores energy that takes you faster to the finish. Together with your fellow players, you become part of Ed & Edda's racing crew and have to prove your skill and team spirit in the game in order to collect as many points as possible together.

Thanks to state-of-the-art multimedia integration, lots of attention to details and dynamic animation content, visitors are immersed in the world of Ed & Edda. GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE is the first major 90-minute cinematic adventure with our popular mascot stars Ed & Edda. New in cinemas everywhere from summer 2025. The animated film is produced by Michael Mack, Managing Partner of the Europa-Park Resort and founder of the entertainment company MACK Magic.

There is something new to see during every ride – and only those who ride several times will really discover all the targets and meet all the characters. And best of all: even little Ed & Edda fans aged three and up can become part of the EDventure when accompanied by an adult – an interactive experience for the whole family!
